Hi there Young Minds,

I know you are enjoying your holidays and I have no intention of interfering with your leisure time. This is just checking on you to ensure this summer break becomes one of the memorable ones (in a good way) going down in your books of history.

So, what are you giving the two most important resource; time and energy to?, Constantly at the ‘beck and call of it’; constantly on your mind;giving your time to and investing your energy into?

Whatever or whoever you have made yourself available to, is it or are they adding value to you or rather draining you of what you already have?

There is so much to do in this time and I will not be the one to tell you what to do and when to do it because I respect your ability to prioritise and use your time wisely.

I know you know by now that anything you give your time to and invest your energy into, you are giving your life to it.

So the next time you check yourself into doing anything whether on your own accord or with a friend just do the Maths with these two in mind:

1. how much resource of your strength you are investing and
2. what the returns would be.

Calculate in your mind:”this is my time and energy, my life to be exact that I am investing or going to invest into this, is it worth it?” to see how much more worth you are going to come off with engaging in that sort of thing or with that somebody.

If it's not worth your time and energy, then, you know what to do, declare yourself UNAVAILABLE.
